Look no further.. I put together and use this template for my own patterns and am now making it available to purchase.
The crochet pattern template is for use in Canva. The template has 12 pages, and guides you through what information you need to include and where to place it. It also has picture links for you to insert your photos. It is fully customisable. You must use Canva to edit and put together your pattern. Canva is a very easy program to use (and free). Personally, I never formally learnt how to use it, and it has "how to" videos if you're unfamiliar.
You may use the template to sell your own pattern, but may not distribute, copy, or sell the template.

I have 3 new product ranges to introduce this week. The Queensland Collection United, NORO Ohajiki and Ella Rae Color Magic. Firstly, the United is a #2 Fine, lovely blend of lambs wool and cotton, the Noro Ohajiki is a #3 light DK and comes in a 150g/420m ball. The colours are beautifully blended, its worth checking out the listing and viewing how they work up. The Ella Rae Color Magic is a #1 super fine and comes in a 100g/420m. 75% super wash Australian wool, 25% nylon - perfect for socks. I learned at a young age to knit and crochet. Over the years I have evolved into a Maker, Creator, Designer and Teacher. I am inspired and passionate about the use of colour and texture in whatever I am making. I particularly love Freeform Crochet - you might describe it as abstract crochet, where there are no rules, patterns, restrictions - just a lot of fun.
